Things to do, and how to live the island
An holiday at Levanzo island is first of all a jump in the Mediterranean nature, and it must be lived in total relax and wellbeing. The island is ideal for a staying full of several activities, among which healthy walkings (of different difficulty) along the several paths, like the one which brings to the Genovese Inlet. Or you can choose several small cruises on boat around the island, with stops at the several small inlets of crystal water.
For the fans of divings, thanks to the diving centre of the island, it is possible to visit the several shallows of the island and one of the most beautiful and widest archaeological sea areas of the Mediterranean, not far from the coast of the island (near Minnola Inlet).
Leaving from Levanzo, in the morning or in the afternoon, it is possible to reach easily the other two “sisters” Favignana and Marettimo.
Recently Levanzo has became an ideal place for mountain bike lovers. Its paths with uneven ground and its unbeaten tracks are suitable for every kind of bikers, both beginners and experts.
